The Swiss Science Council (SSC) formulates theses and recommendations regarding a suitable framework for biomedical research in Switzerland, with the aim of safeguarding its high standards and development. The recommendations are primarily aimed at institutional actors encouraging and regulating biomedical research in Switzerland, as well as at research institutions and private actors.

The SSC presented these recommendations on Monday, 22 June, in the presence of Prof. Alfredo Morabia (Columbia University & Queens College, New York) and other interested parties.
